Mr. Luiz de Mello has been appointed Deputy Chief of Staff of the OECD Secretary-General and will take up his duties on 15 December 2011. In that capacity, he will support the Chief of Staff and the Secretary-General in pursuit of the Organisation’s strategic agenda. See PDF Attached
